(i) Product images are reproduced as faithfully as possible, but we do not guarantee that the devices used by the customer to view these images will reproduce them accurately.
(ii) The prices of each product and/or service, including VAT charges, are presented.
(iii) Information about products, prices, content, and images is subject to change at any time and does not apply to pending purchase processes for which the confirmation email has already been sent.
(iv) Product availability is limited to existing stock.
Payment Methods
(i) The following payment methods are available: Credit card.
Shipping and Delivery Times
(i) Within 8 days after the Confirmation Email is sent, except in exceptional circumstances or situations previously announced on the website.
(ii) After shipping, delivery times may vary between 1-3 business days (Portugal) or 3-7 business days (EU), depending on the shipping method chosen by the customer. Vai Vem is not responsible for delays that may occur after the order is handed over to the entity responsible for delivering the order.
(iii) Vai Vem only ships to countries previously indicated in the order form.
Cancellation
(i) The customer can cancel the order while it is being processed and without any additional cost by sending the respective request to mail@vai-vem.pt.
Returns and Refunds
(i) The customer can return the order at any time within 14 days after receiving it.
(ii) Requests for returns and refunds should be directed to Vai Vem at the email address mail@vai-vem.pt.
(iii) Returns and refunds will only take place if the products are returned in the same condition as received by the customer, so the customer must ensure proper care of the product(s) to be returned while they are in their possession.
(iv) Any damaged or altered item, or items showing signs of misuse, will not be refunded.
(v) The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
(vi) Vai Vem has the right to refuse requests for returns and refunds in accordance with the above conditions, informing the customer of its decision.
(vii) If requests for returns and refunds are approved, the customer will be refunded the amount paid, which will be credited to the bank account associated with the credit card used for the purchase, unless the payment was made by another method.
(viii) Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Complaints
The customer can submit a complaint regarding any issue, act, information, or service provided by Vai Vem through the email mail@vai-vem.pt or through the electronic complaints book available at the following link: https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Vai Vem reserves the right to update or change the Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is the customer's responsibility to periodically review this document.
